  • Session Objectives: Participants will understand the importance of rethinking models for adult learning to meet the needs of all staff members. Participants will learn and discuss various models of blended, online, and personalized professional development as a tool to model best practice in classrooms. Participants will determine a starting point for enhancing PD through next-generation learning techniques that makes sense for their school or district.
